Assistance and repairs

The after-sales assistance centre offers customers an update and repair service for all devices linked to the world of traceability.

The customer may choose the personalised assistance formula best suited to its needs. Numerous different after-sales services are available: In Lab, Swap, On Site and Time&Material.

The centre guarantees an assistance and repair service for all types of device and for all manufacturers, connected to the world of Traceability and Automatic Identification:

  • Printers and barcode readers – mobile
  • Computers (handheld, wearable or vehicular)
  • Voice terminals and wireless infrastructures.

We are the sole contact point for all assistance and maintenance. In the event of a mixed group of devices, there is no need to manage different types of contract, to send the goods to be repaired to different laboratories, fill out forms and handle contacts in different languages.

In order to receive assistance, the customer only has to send the equipment to our laboratory, regardless of the type or brand of device.
The repaired material, in full working order, will be returned to the customer in accordance with the established timescale, costs and quality standards.
